Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations/reschedules must be done online only within a 24 hour notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee, of the remaining balance. No call, no shows, and same day cancellations/reschedules will result in a 100% cancellation fee, of the remaining balance. Arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in a cancellation, 100% of the remaining balance will be charged. You agree to these terms when booking a appointment at Blossom + Bloom Theory
